PROFILE OF BROTHER GILBERT ABLORH LAWSON The late Gilbert Ablorh Lawson popularly called Brother Lawson was the Founder and first Leader of the church. He was born on November 11, 1908 to one Joseph Lantei Lawson and Madam Mary Adeechoe Lawson. Brother Lawson successfully completed his elementary education at the Government Boys School, Accra in 1925. In 1927, he passed the Government Competitive Examination for entry into the civil service and was employed as a clerk at the Posts and Telecommunications Engineering Department in Accra.
