PROFILE OF BROTHER GILBERT ABLORH LAWSON The late Gilbert Ablorh Lawson popularly called Brother Lawson was the Founder and first Leader of the church. He was born on November 11, 1908 to one Joseph Lantei Lawson and Madam Mary Adeechoe Lawson. Brother Lawson successfully completed his elementary education at the Government Boys School, Accra in 1925. In 1927, he passed the Government Competitive Examination for entry into the civil service and was employed as a clerk at the Posts and Telecommunications Engineering Department in Accra. He voluntarily retired from the civil service in 1958.Brother Lawson was called to eternal rest by his maker on the 16th of August, 1989 at his residence at Mamprobi after successfully accomplishing his mission. PROFILE OF REV. COMFORT LAWSON The late Rev. Comfort Lawson was born on March 17, 1918. Her parents were the late Emmanuel Tetteh Quaynor and Sister Esther Amorkor Amarteifio.
